The Client
We started this project September 2023.
When we started with Superior Gutter and Roofing in Nampa, Idaho, they were already doing a lot right for their customers. They had a steady flow of clients from their own efforts and they offered high-quality work. But they weren’t taking advantage of many of the benefits that come from a well-run marketing campaign.
They were established, but in order to grow to the next level they would need an effective marketing campaign.
However, as they had recently taken on new ownership, the team was eager to expand market share and revenue and grow their business aggressively.

Results Preview:
The number of total jobs per month has risen from 47 jobs per month to over 71 jobs–a 52% increase.
Our Proposal
The company’s main goal was to increase revenue quickly, then work on strategies that would help build a stronger foundation over time.
This meant we would have three main phases:
- Phase I: Immediately improve website conversion rates and prepare for paid traffic by creating a simple, landing-page-style website with multiple calls-to-action.
- Phase II: Increase leads, customers, and revenue by implementing Google PPC & LSA ads.
- Phase III: Lower long-term cost-per-lead and improve brand image by implementing local SEO and Google Map optimization strategies and designing a fully-custom, SEO optimized website.
Phase II: Google PPC & LSA Ads
Next, we got set up on two different Google Ad platforms: Google LSA (local service ads) and Google PPC search ads. Almost immediately, we started getting more leads for the sales team.
Google LSA began adding an average of 26 leads per month at an average cost of $65 per lead.
Google PPC began adding an average of 56 leads per month at an average cost of $128 per lead.
Initially, their ad spend budget was $2,500/m, but the success from the ads was immediately realized and the budget quickly moved up to around $7,500/m.
Phase III: In-Progress
Currently, we are finalizing the new website design. This design is much more robust, easier to navigate, and helps the brand stand out. It also contains dozens of secondary landing pages to help improve local SEO results and drive more traffic to the business.
Also, we have started implementing local SEO strategies to help lower the overall cost-per-lead for the client, and help continue to increase the number of leads they are getting on a monthly basis by improving Google Map and Google Search rankings. Our local SEO strategy is already showing positive results.
Analysis
Through the addition of Google PPC and Google LSA ad campaigns we were able to quickly increase revenue and profit for Superior Gutter and Roofing. With this, we implemented a simple website to convert traffic. This increase if revenue made it much more reasonable to invest in a high-quality, custom website and begin looking for ways to lower cost per click, and increase conversion rates, for their business online.
Thus far, the Superior campaign has been a huge success, the client is more than happy, and we are looking for ways to once again double revenue and profits over the next 12 months through strategies like local SEO, Facebook Ads, postcards & mailers, and any marketing sources that can prove effective for generating revenue at a reasonable price per customer.
